ESS-MAI · Research software · Public bundle 0.1.2

Current documentation extends the frozen 0.1.2 release; it adds no runtime changes or new code-validation result.

Obligation. Promise.
Law. Evidenced success.

Bledar Gjata · Independent Researcher · ORCID

A small executable reference for studying how a scoped positive claim must account for relevant negative evidence. Derived from the ESS-MAI architectural method; a proposed composition of law, competence and evidence.

Scope: a complete, trusted-fixture reference capsule. It is not the current private AIGovern-Cyber product, a hostile-caller security boundary or a certified cybersecurity system.

Run it and challenge it

Fresh local execution: 12 Rust tests passed, 0 failed, 0 ignored, 0 warnings; locked offline release build and three fixture outcomes passed.

Negative findings and minimal counterexamples are welcome. Downloads require neither identification nor a favorable review.

Citable software archive

The frozen public software bundle is preserved at 10.5281/zenodo.23596907. This identifies the software archive, not the manuscript or later main-branch documentation. The OpenAIRE software record was returned by the public API on 23 October 2026 with status UNDER_CURATION; discoverability is not peer review.

Theory and provenance

The research separates authority from law, witnessed missing evidence from counterevidence, and persistent history from the current judgment. Hardware adaptation is a separate evidence-bounded execution question; no measured physical acceleration is claimed.

Open proof, retained product

This reference is Apache-2.0. The larger AIGovern-Cyber development remains outside this public bundle for further product work; it is not a hidden dependency. Its internal results are labelled separately and cannot be independently reproduced from these twelve tests.

The working method records the author's reported shell inspection and distinguishes it from tool-assisted execution and independent review. Research links are also available as JSON.

AI-assisted preparation is disclosed. Authorship, interpretation and release responsibility remain with the human author. Citations and publication identifiers establish provenance, not correctness or novelty.
